This terms of service applies to Mr.Server eBook, part of HOSSAM ALZYOD, located in Amman, Jordan.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at cyberebook.link and/or purchasing our digital products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and store one (1) copy for personal use
• View the content on personal devices
• Print sections for personal reference

This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Product
• Share access credentials or download links
• Reproduce or publish content without written authorization
• Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks
• Use content for commercial training or courses
• Reverse engineer or extract source materials
• Use automated systems to access or download content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, code, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of HOSSAM ALZYOD, protected under international copyright laws, Jordanian Copyright Law, and applicable intellectual property treaties. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties.

6. Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via email and/or download link immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Delivery is considered complete upon successful transmission of the download link. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and sufficient storage capacity.

7. Access Recovery

If you lose access to your purchased product, you may use our Recover Access feature to retrieve your download link. You must provide the email address, phone number, and invoice number used during the original purchase. All three must match our records for verification. This feature is intended solely for legitimate purchasers. Any attempt to use false information to gain unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy and completeness, the cybersecurity field evolves rapidly. The Product is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Users should verify critical information and apply professional judgment when implementing security practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOSSAM ALZYOD, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOSSAM ALZYOD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Product, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access without prior notice for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked, and you must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amman, Jordan. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage periodic review of this page.
